IL GIORNO DEL RICORDO

In occasione del Giorno del Ricordo, istituito il 10 febbraio con una legge  del marzo 2004, ritenendo importante nell'attuale fase smascherare e contrastare il revisionismo storico, le strumentalizzazioni della destra e il rinascente "orgoglio fascista" impegniamo il Comitato Provinciale ad organizzare un convegno sul tema: "Foibe: la verità contro il revisionismo". La partecipazione di storici, documentaristi e testimoni la consideriamo  fondamentale al fine d'inquadrare nel contesto storico dell'occupazione nazi-fascista  dei Balcani i fatti legati a quegli avvenimenti.

Scopo di queste strumentalizzazioni sono l’attacco costante alla Costituzione, le aggressioni ormai intollerabili  alla memoria della Resistenza  e il tentativo di equiparare Partigiani e Repubblichini in un quadro di falsificazione del contesto  storico, che relega ad un scenario sfocato l’occupazione militare nazi-fascista e i conseguenti crimini di guerra, le zone istriane liberate dai partigiani e dalla sollevazione contadina e poi rioccupate dall’esercito tedesco al prezzo di migliaia di morti fra civili e resistenti, la caccia ai partigiani e agli antifascisti guidata dai repubblichini, l’esodo da quelle terre  non  solo d’ Italian but also Croatian, Dalmatian and Istrian of any nationality.

Va evitata la rincorsa delle opposizioni di centrosinistra allle politiche securitarie, agli interessi   degli imprenditori e del mercato sopra ogni cosa, perché questo  ha giovato  al disegno autoritario e neocorporativo del Governo Berlusconi. Per tutto ciò occorre porre al bando le persistenti, irriducibili e laceranti divisioni foriere di impotenza politica e dar luogo a scelte di unità e collaborazione richieste in modo sempre più pressante da ampi sectors of public opinion and above all by millions of anti-fascists and democrats.

► No al razzismo, alla xenofobia,  al fascismo e all’omofobia

Ogni anno milioni di uomini e donne, in un mondo in cui si muore di fame, lasciano i loro Paesi in cerca di una vita migliore costretti dalle guerre e della dittatura economica delle multinazionali,  il cui scopo è anche quello di  disporre di  milioni di uomini e donne senza diritti. Anche in Italia l’immigrazione è una grande questione nazionale da affrontare con adeguate politiche strutturali e di accoglienza e integrazione, abolendo il reato di clandestinità ed i CIE e non invece, come avviene ad opera delle destre e della Lega nord al governo, con visioni di mero ordine pubblico che alimentano esasperazioni e paure, e strumentalizzano per fini elettoralistici gli stessi bisogni di sicurezza dei cittadini.

Si negano così i diritti degli immigrati, quelli stessi garantiti dalla Costituzione. Risoluta è l’opposizione dell’ANPI al razzismo e alla xenofobia come dimostrato nella grande manifestazione nazionale che l’Associazione ha promosso e realizzato, su questi temi, a Mirano (VE) il 12 dicembre 2009.

In questa battaglia politica e culturale, l’ANPI e l’antifascismo devono essere in campo quali essenziali punti di riferimento e per far pesare: la storia d’Italia quale Paese di grande emigrazione; la dura lezione delle famigerate leggi razziali del fascismo e, non di meno, la luminosa lezione che deriva dalla significativa partecipazione di tanti antifascisti stranieri alla Resistenza italiana e il contributo di tanti militari delle truppe alleate alla liberazione del Paese.

Il consolidamento della democrazia passa anche dalla formazione di cittadini consapevoli della propria storia, in particolare quindi di quella che ha prodotto la democrazia, con dispendio di sacrifici e sangue, e con un investimento adeguato di idee, progetti e responsabilità.

►Giovani e lavoro. Sicurezza sul lavoro

È agli occhi di tutti lo svilimento in atto nel lavoro, come diritto di ogni cittadino, sempre più carente e privato di tutele, oltre che di centralità e dignity. Avanti con la “Nuova stagione dell’ANPI”

Il bilancio è positivo. Importanti sono i traguardi raggiunti dopo la Conferenza nazionale di Organizzazione svoltasi a Chianciano Terme nel 2009 e nell’attuazione delle sue decisioni.

Vi sono ora iscritti in tutte le 110 province italiane. Oltre che in Belgio, vi sono sezioni ANPI a Londra, in Argentina, nella Repubblica Ceca, e se ne stanno costituendo in Germania, Svizzera, a Parigi e a Madrid. Nel 2009 l’ANPI era presente solo in 81! L’Associazione è ora più nazionale, con più iscritti, più giovani e più donne. E’ ripresa con significativi risultati l’attività del coordinamento nazionale femminile. In questo senso è opportuno e doveroso promuovere una grande campagna in tutto il Paese, e in particolare nel Mezzogiorno, per valorizzare e ricordare: eccidi, battaglie, proteste, movimenti, associazioni, uomini e donne che ne furono protagonisti.

15 ° Provincial Congress ANPI Roma and Lazio

Si è svolto sabato 12 e domenica 13 febbraio at the convention center Frentani the 15th provincial congress ANPI Roma and Lazio. Policy Commission Final Report 15 th Congress of ANPI Roma and Lazio

Policy Commission, took note of the national policy document and the Report of the President Raimondo Ricci, consistent with the Explanatory Memorandum of the President Massimo Rendina and his directions to the conference debate, voted unanimously, considering also the important work done by clubs and sections of Rome and province in the conference meetings, as seen in the unequivocal will of the members and members of ANPI Roma to give shape to what has been called "The new season of ' ANPI ", or its transformation from a combination of just-bound fighters, who along with the political forces, unions, social associations and movements all, represents the true home of anti-fascists. - The reform of the law proportional electoral sense, as enshrined in the Constitution;
- The absolute necessity of banning neo-fascist organizations,

III. Amendments to content here:
- School, College, Education, Scientific and Technological Research;
- Work and defend the rights of workers, with particular attention to fears of insecurity, youth unemployment and safety in the workplace;
- The introduction into the legal needs of the crime of torture;
- Need to take a clear stance against the war.

IV. Emendamenti sul ruolo dell’ANPI, con particolare attenzione a:
- Nuove generazioni e il ruolo che sono chiamate a svolgere;
- Fermo ripudio della violenza e ferma critica alle aggressioni verso giovani e cittadini di diversa etnia, religione, orientamento sessuale;
- Rapporto con le istituzioni, le quali comunque sono chiamate a sottostare ai dettami della Costituzione;
- Collocazione dell’ANPI nella sfera dei democratici progressisti;
- Grande bisogno di formazione delle giovani generazioni.
 

V. Emendamenti di struttura, circa:
- La reale valenza di Organismo di direzione data ai Comitati Regionali;
- La maggiore capacità d’intervento in tema di comunicazione e di raccordo tra strutture interne;
- Le iniziative di autofinanziamento;
- L’opportunità d’introdurre un organismo di controllo, quale il Collegio dei Probiviri;
- L’introduzione, al fianco delle giornate nazionali, di vere e proprie giornate cittadine della memoria.
 

Riteniamo altresì importante porre l’attenzione sulla grande difficoltà in cui verte la città di Roma, simbolo della Resistenza, città medaglia d’oro della Resistenza, che si vede oggi amministrata dagli eredi di coloro i quali i Partigiani hanno combattuto e sconfitto.
